Privacy at JoJo Diy Shop
JoJo Diy Shop is operated by Lorxi Aurora LLC, whose company address is 1320 Racine St, Aurora, CO 80011, United States. We are responsible for personal information used to operate the store, except where another provider has an independent role described below. Send privacy enquiries to shopify@jojodiyshop.uk.
What we collect and why
Information may include your name and contact details, delivery address, purchase and return history, support messages, payment status, transaction details, device and browser data, IP address and store interactions. If accounts are available, account details and preferences are also processed. Payment providers handle credentials through their systems; never email full card numbers, passwords or security codes.
Sources include information you provide, cookies and similar tools, and providers supporting payment, delivery, fulfillment and fraud prevention.
We use necessary information to take and fulfill orders, process payment, deliver goods, handle returns and answer requests. Where a legal basis is required, these activities generally involve performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps. Other uses include meeting legal and accounting duties, securing the store, preventing fraud, resolving disputes and improving service. Where applicable, these rely on legal duties or legitimate interests assessed against your rights. Marketing or other processing that requires consent takes place on that basis.
Who receives information
Shopify hosts the store. Relevant information is shared with providers handling payments, hosting, fulfillment, couriers, customer support and related operations, according to their role. Where used, analytics, advertising and email-marketing providers may receive relevant contact, device or interaction information, subject to required consent and opt-out rights. Ask us about providers relevant to your information.
If Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services are enabled, Shopify may combine interactions with this store with information from other merchants and its services for analytics, personalization and advertising. Shopify may act independently as a controller or business for those purposes. Its Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal explain that role and available requests.
Other disclosures may be necessary for legal compliance, the protection of lawful rights or a business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
Browser preferences and marketing
Essential technologies enable checkout, cart functions, security and preferences. Where used, optional analytics and advertising tools measure activity and personalize marketing. We obtain valid consent before using non-essential technologies where required by law. Use the store's available cookie or privacy controls, browser settings, or our privacy email to manage choices. Blocking essential cookies can affect shopping functions.
Advertising disclosures may count as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws even if no money changes hands. Where applicable, you can opt out through available privacy controls or by contacting us. We honor recognized preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, when applicable law requires it.
Where data goes and how long we keep it
Our company address is in the United States; fulfillment takes place in China. Shopify and other providers may process information in further countries. When transfer safeguards are legally required, we use appropriate arrangements for the transfer, including contractual safeguards where relevant. You can request details from our privacy contact.
Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including order service, tax records, legal duties and dispute handling. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized as appropriate. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, although no system is completely secure.
Controlling your information
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Email our privacy contact to exercise a right. We may need reasonable identity verification and will answer within the legal response period. Legal exceptions may apply, and exercising a right will not lead to unlawful discrimination.
You may complain to the relevant data protection authority. If a right of appeal applies, email the same contact, identify the decision, and explain that you wish to appeal.
Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option; you can also email us to stop them. Essential order and service communications may continue. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Children and policy updates
The store is intended for people able to make purchases under applicable law. We do not knowingly seek children's information in breach of applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has provided information requiring action.
We revise this notice when practices or requirements change, update its date, and give extra notice or obtain consent where required.
